Prices:
$75 plus cost of groceries (studio-1 bedroom)
$100 plus cost of groceries (2-3 bedrooms)

Touch Up home including:

Au Revoir Service

Prices:

Check all doors and windows
Set temperature to desired power saving level
Turn off all lights

Set all ceiling fans on medium or low for air circulation and to prevent mold
Remove trash from home and place in outdoor receptacles
Check to make sure all small appliances are turned off
Wash and put away beach toys and chairs
Remove expiring food items from fridge and pantry
Additional services may be added at a rate of $30/hour.
